ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after completing a checkout purchase. Do kindly check your spam or junk folders if this email does not appear in your inbox. We are built on Shopify the world's #1 E-commerce system, to prevent digital / payment fraud. As long as you have engaged in a legitimate purchase using an approved, active and legal credit card tied to your name coupled with the CORRECT address and CORRECT email address typed in when you order there is no reason for the email not to reach you.

Kindly review order confirmation and contact mutantmarket.sg@gmail.com if you see any errors. Our team will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for international orders. All pre-order items will ship out after the launch campaign period. As we use sustainable production methods that save on material stockpiling costs, most products are made to order, thus it could take up to 2-3 weeks for an order to reach you, depending on which part of the production batch cycle an order is received.

SALES:

All prices stated are in either SGD or USD currency. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. All Sales are FINAL. Upon check out we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please make sure that your shipping & billing addresses both match as these are critical for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely fashion.

As items are often in high demand and made to order, there is limited stock on each item unit, thus all sales are considered final as we do not replenish certain product releases. In the unlikely event of lost, damaged or stolen shipments, all delivery shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
